A new product for skiers,
designed and tested by skiers
Richard (Director, Shin Shields Ltd) is a professional skier. He has instructed all over the world, but has been plagued with an ongoing shin splint injury. Shin Shields have completely rejuvenated his career. He has managed to return to instructing in Val d'lsere France, and is racing competitively in Giant Slalom.
Sam (Director, Shin Shields Ltd) raced competitively around Europe for many years and often found himself with shin problems such as bruising and hair loss. Due to the development of the Shin Shield Sam is now Instructing in Courchevel and Skiing on regular basis, pain free.
The 'Shin Shields' founders have been involved in the Ski industry for many years. During this time they have encountered a vast range of lower leg injuries amongst fellow skiers and students. This experience is the driving force behind the development of Shin Shields, making skiing comfortable for people of all abilities.
Together with podiatrist Jilly Burrows, Richard and Sam hope to make bruised shins and shin splints a thing of the past.
